Use of the Site and the purchase of products imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions govern the online sale of perfumes, cosmetics, and related products (hereinafter "Products") through the Site.

The offer and sale of the Products constitute a distance contract pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code").

To make purchases, users can register by creating an account or proceed as a guest.

By registering, users guarantee that the information provided is truthful and up-to-date, and agree to keep their login credentials secure.

The products for sale are described and illustrated on the Website. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be a perfect representation of the actual product.

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs and any other additional costs are clearly indicated during the purchase process.

Users can place orders online.

Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

The order will be confirmed only after payment is received.

If the ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be promptly notified and will be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid.

Shipments are made via [courier name].

Approximate delivery time: 2–5 business days in Italy.

Shipping is free for orders over a certain amount/calculated at checkout.

The seller is not responsible for any delays or disruptions attributable to the courier or force majeure.

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons and that have been opened after delivery (such as perfumes and cosmetics).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to [customer support email] indicating the order number and the products to be returned.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the return and verifying the integrity of the product, EMMEBI di Bratta Michelangelo will refund the amount within 14 working days, using the same payment method chosen by the customer.

Products purchased on the Site are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

In the event of defects, the customer must contact customer support by email at [customer support email], attaching a description and, if possible, photos of the defect.

The processing of personal data is carried out by EMMEBI di Baratta Michelangelo, as Data Controller, in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
