RETURN POLICY

Our customer satisfaction is our priority. However, given the nature of artistic perfumery products and to ensure high standards of quality and safety, we apply the following return conditions.

For hygiene and quality reasons, products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original seal cannot be returned. Any product whose packaging has been tampered with will not be refunded.

You may request the return of intact, unopened, and perfectly sealed products within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all its parts.

The buyer is responsible for the return, and will be responsible for arranging and covering shipping costs.

The refund will be issued after the product has been inspected at our warehouse.
